This section describes the AASKI Technology experience that is specifically relevant to the requirements of the SeaPort-e contract statement of work (SOW). It includes descriptions of the company’s experience in the contract functional areas and past performance information.

For over a decade, AASKI Technology Inc. (AASKI) personnel have been providing world class engineering and program management services delivery to Military and Commercial customers alike. As a small business certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA), we strive to support a wide array of professional services to our customers through the complete program lifecycle. AASKI has expertise which is directly in line with the functional service areas identified in the SeaPort-e PWS. We provide full life cycle support services to our customer in Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM), Military Support of Provisional Authorities and First Responders, Optical Networking, Internet Protocol (IP) based communications, Operations Support Systems, DIACAP/CDS, RESET, Acquisition Management, Synchronized Pre-Deployment Operations Tracker (SPOT), Item Unique Identification (IUID), Unit Set Fielding (USF), Single Interface to the Field (SIF) and numerous other programs.

Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support (Zones One and Two) (Over 100 ManYears of Functional Area Support over the past three years): For more than 5 years, AASKI has spearheaded satellite communications solutions for the Department of Defense. We have led the system engineering and acquisition for the Joint IP Modem, an Acquisition Category (ACAT) III Program and currently conduct the Joint Management and Operations Subsystem (JMOS), a completely software based tool to manage Internet Protocol (IP)-based communications over Worldwide Global SATCOM (WGS). AASKI provides systems engineering, information assurance, testing & integration, acquisition, logistics, configuration management, and software support on a variety of satellite and networking programs including: Joint IP Modem (JIPM), Joint Management and Operations System (JMOS), Regional Hub Node (RHN), Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET), Teleport, Standardized Tactical Entry Point ( STEP), Replacement Remote Frequency Indicator Selector (RRFIS), Replacement Frequency Modulation Order Wire (RFMOW), Control Monitor & Alarm (CMA), Integrated Satellite-GIG Operations Management (ISOM) and other critical initiatives in the wideband community.

AASKI has 5 key areas providing full lifecycle support that cover many of the SeaPort e areas within the PWS. These include:

AASKI currently provides Program/Project/Product Management; Information Systems Security; Contingency Planning; Physical Security; Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation; Systems Operation and Maintenance; Integrated Logistics Support; and Acquisition Management Support to PEO EIS, PM Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (DCATS), Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC), Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications Tactical (PEO C3T), PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (IEW&S), CERDEC S&TCD-JSEC and PRD, Army Strategic Command (ARSTRATCOM) and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). AASKI provides logistics, operations and management support in programs that include Item Unique Identifier (IUID), Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), Unit Set Fielding (USF), Reset, CEER-T, and Tricare Management Activity (TMA) Acquisition policies, BRAC management,
AASKI personnel possess numerous certifications and qualifications appropriate to the areas that they perform in. Some of these qualifications/certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP), Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Acquisition Corps, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Logistician, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Lean Six Sigma.

Approximately 75% of the AASKI employee workforce has at least a Secret security clearance with almost half of these employees possessing TS clearances.
