Functional Responsibilities: Performs day-to-day management of IT contract technical/support operations, involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. Has demonstrated information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management. Meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities as well as problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. Performs a variety of tasks, while leading and directing the work of others.

Minimum Experience: Five years

Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.

Telecommunications Analyst

Functional Responsibilities: Supports voice, wireless, video, data, information technology (IT) desktop, and IT LAN/WAN communications systems and services. Coordinates processes, and resolves the more routine and straightforward systems for voice, wireless, video, data, IT desktop, or IT LAN/WAN communications systems and services, ensuring standards and policies are followed.

Minimum Experience: Two years

Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical or industrial engineering (or related field of study) desirable.

Configuration Management Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: Supports the design, development and establishment of configuration and data management documents based on program requirements. Maintains complete records, methods employed and results obtained. Prepares complete reports of results and recommendations; communicates with external and internal sources necessary to assure proper and timely project completion.

IT Quality Assurance Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: Evaluates software and associated documentation. Participates in formal and informal reviews to determine information technology quality and in the development of software quality assurance plans. Analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for product or service updates. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

IT Analyst

Electronic Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: Installs, modifies, troubleshoots, and repairs computer hardware and software systems. Provides technical assistance and training to computer system users.

Information Assurance Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: Supports the development, operation, management, and enforcement of security capabilities for systems and networks. Technical support includes the protection and defense of information systems.

IT Testing Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: Supports IT software and network tests, while evaluating results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Prepares test scripts and all required test documentation. Analyzes internal security within systems. Reviews test results and makes recommendations in support of IT applications.

Software Engineer

Functional Responsibilities: Works independently to develop technical designs and specifications for software products and systems. Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules and user expectations into product capabilities.

Computer Systems Analyst

Functional Responsibilities: Supports the development of system requirements and program specification from which programmers prepare detailed flowcharts, programs, and systems tests. Coordinates with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications. Participates in the development of test strategies, devices, database management, and systems.

Minimum Experience: Two Years.

Information Security Engineer

Functional Responsibilities: Defines and develops security policies. Analyzes the sensitivity of information, performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow. Systems Engineer

IT Subject Matter Expert

Functional Responsibilities: Supports projects related to the individual’s IT subject matter expertise. Provides technical, managerial, and administrative support for any of the following: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/ electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; testing; and modeling and simulation.

Minimum Experience: Ten Years

Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.

Graphic/Web Designer

Functional Responsibilities: Creates publication cover designs, hand drawn and computer generated illustrations and graphics including table, charts, logos, and other artwork.
