Operations Specialist, Journeyman

Functional Responsibilities: Performs mid level analysis applying appropriate scientific and engineering processes and modeling techniques to the life-cycle development of systems. Performs analyses and trade-off studies related to operational issues and reviews test plans to ensure MOEs address operational requirements. Reviews plans for system integration, operation, and maintenance and assists in the development of training for operational personnel.

Employs automated tools and systems to perform project control functions.

Program Integrator, Executive

Functional Responsibilities: Working in an engineering, scientific or software development environment focusing on the analysis, design, development and or implementation of highly complex systems and or projects. Provides highly specialized technical expertise or knowledge in support of improving and or achieving program or project mission success. Support can include, but is not limited to: architectural, conceptual and or requirements development, baseline management, feasibility analysis, modeling and simulation, product evaluations, system analysis and specifications, test specifications, tradeoffs, transition planning. Specialized knowledge can include, but is not limited to: availability, configuration management, human factors, maintenance, reliability, safety and security. Demonstrates exceptional creativity, resourcefulness and communication skills working the most complex assignments and may lead efforts in the defining of policy, conducting studies, and exploring alternatives. May also evaluate or play a key roll in, acquisition strategies, alternative concepts, developing program control processes, feasibility studies, operational assessments, program definition, requirement analysis, risk reduction, source data development and special projects.

Functional Responsibility: Performs day-to-day management of assigned task order projects that involve teams of engineers, scientists, and management professionals involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Demonstrates proven skills in those technical areas addressed by the task order to be managed. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all activities associated with assigned task order projects. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.

Property Management Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: Maintains property records. Performs property inventory and property management functions to include operation of automated bar-code scanning equipment. Must be able to operate computer equipment and customized software packages to track property. Must be capable of assisting with operations of a supply room to include stocking shelves, inventorying, shopping for resupply items, and issuing consumable supplies to customers. Must be capable of assisting with turn-in, repair, and relocation of equipment and furniture.
